Valentine's Day is just a couple weeks away and coming up with classroom valentines is always fun as I love a good pun! Recently the kids were happy playing with kazoos together and a new one came to mind...."Kazoo are a good friend!" ('Cause You are a good friend!) It made me laugh, the kids enjoy kazoos, so I made this very simple and inexpensive candy-free valentine you can download and print. On the scale of easy to hard for a DIY valentine, I would put this one at very easy. It only requires you to print this page, cut along the dotted lines, and tape a kazoo to it!
I found the kazoos in the party section at Target. They come in fun colors in a pack of 12 for $6. I also found this colorful heart washi tape in the Dollar Spot section of Target, although you could use clear tape you have at home if you would like.
